What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our growing construction division. You’ll oversee job estimates, pre-listing repair and home improvement projects, manage day-to-day field operations and service providers (subcontractors), and work closely with our construction and operation teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll take on:

• Schedule and Coordinate: Plan material orders and subcontractor schedules to meet project demands.

• Project Oversight: Manage project goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Client Management: Keep clients in the loop with clear, professional communication about schedules and any project changes.

• Track Progress: Maintain up-to-date schedules reflecting material deliveries, contractor timelines, and project changes to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

• Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with service providers and vendors through fairness and professionalism.

• Quality Control: Oversee punch lists and ensure every detail is addressed for a successful project closeout.

What You’ll Bring

• Construction Savvy: Hands-on knowledge of general construction principles and key trades like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, and painting. Pricing experience is a plus!
