Alpha Paving Industries LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all on-site activities for construction projects in Texas. The role requires leading daily operations, ensuring safety, and delivering projects within budget and schedule with a minimum of 5 years in asphalt and concrete.

You will manage foremen, superintendents, project managers, and field staff, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.

Competenze

• 5+ years of asphalt/concrete industry experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and visit jobsites regularly.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct on-site construction activities to meet plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to meet quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide updates on status, milestones, and changes to stakeholders.
