Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Azuria, is seeking a construction management professional to oversee production, safety, quality, and project management standards on multiple projects. The role involves pre-bid site surveys, start-up, and project closeout, coordinating with field crews and subcontractors to control costs and margins.

Candidates should have a degree in engineering or construction management and relevant field experience, with strong Word/Excel skills; Primavera and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years of related field construction management experience, OR 5+ years of field construction experience managing an annual $1MM portfolio.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel; Primavera and JD Edwards experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Responsible for pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Work with field crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs, meet production rates and gross margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and project status meetings with our customers.
• Prepare, submit and track Submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with scheduling jobs.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding of Subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement jobs now.
