Descrizione del lavoro

Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Azuria, seeks a Construction/Project Manager to oversee production, safety, quality and project management standards in Tucker, GA. You will conduct pre-bid surveys, manage contracts, and coordinate with field crews and subs to meet costs and margins.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Construction Management or substantial field experience, strong MS Office skills, and travel about 25%.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of related field construction management experience OR 5+ years of field construction experience.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of Accounting/Finance principles preferred.
Water/sewer or municipal environment experience is a plus.
Strong MS Word & Excel skills required.
Willingness to travel approx. 25%.

Mansioni

Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
Pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to manage costs and margins.
Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and project status meetings with customers.
Prepare, submit and track Submittals and RFIs.
Assist with scheduling jobs and awarding Subcontracts.
Handle material procurement activities.
