The role focuses on field work inside hydroelectric dam projects, tunnels, and geotechnical sites, with travel to the Midwest. You will implement QC plans, read drawings, develop schedules, and support cost tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–2 years US heavy civil experience (internships/co-ops count).
• Able to read and work from construction drawings.
• Willing to work on project sites away from home for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specifications, perform quantity calculations and material takeoffs.
• Develop weekly look-ahead schedules to help the Superintendent stay ahead of project work.
• Field surveying and layout alongside our crews.
• Prepare work plans and schedule material deliveries.
• Maintain project records, including daily reports, photos, and job cost data.
• Support change orders and as-built documentation.
• Learn cost tracking and scheduling from project managers who will train you to run your own work.
• Learn, collaborate, and innovate on each project.
