Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc. (ECI) is seeking a Project Engineer for heavy civil construction in dams, tunnels, and underground projects. Based in Oakdale, MN with possible assignment to Minot, ND, you’ll join field teams from the start and help deliver complex infrastructure safely and on schedule.
The role requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 1–2 years of U.S. heavy civil experience, ability to read construction drawings, and willingness to travel 50–75%

A plus, not a requirement: dam, hydro, tunnel, or geotechnical project exposure; EIT certification; survey or layout experience; an internship with a heavy civil or underground contractor.
