Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supports successful delivery of construction projects with knowledge of project activities.
• Reviews drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains field presence to support safe work execution and safety meeting participation.
• Coordinates with project teams to answer technical questions and resolve issues.
• Monitors schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances.
• Supports quality assurance and safety protocols throughout project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation and progress reports.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to stakeholders.
