AEA Investors is seeking a Field Engineer to assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects in the Washington, DC area. This role emphasizes schedule management, material coordination, and effective teamwork to ensure on-time delivery with quality.

The candidate will support preconstruction activities, project start-up, and scheduling, while coordinating administration and client relations to uphold safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science or engineering.
• 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with change orders and punch lists.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules by managing submittal approvals, coordinating material delivery, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Participate in preconstruction services.
• Assist with project start-up and scheduling.
• Coordinate project administration, close-out, and customer relations.
• Promote company culture, leadership, and employee development.
