Job summary

Zohorecruit in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the Project Construction Manager on an on-site project through June 2028. The Project Engineer will act as Owner’s Representative, reviewing schedules, cost estimates, design documents, and technical submissions to facilitate informed decisions.

A mechanical engineering background is preferred, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the Project Construction Manager on the project in Washington, DC through June 2028.

The Project Engineer will work closely with the client as the Owner’s Representative , providing technical guidance and support throughout the planning, procurement, and construction phases. This position will help facilitate informed project decisions by reviewing schedules, cost estimates, design documents, technical submissions, and construction-related activities.

A strong mechanical engineering background is preferred , along with excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This is a fully on-site position, and an engineering degree is required per the client’s request.
