Job summary

Ragle Inc is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily field operations on heavy civil projects in Texas. You will lead construction crews, coordinate manpower, equipment, and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and a solid commitment to safety, quality, and production. Travel may be required for project locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience in heavy civil, highway, bridge, utility, grading, or related environments.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise daily field activities.
• Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate activities with other trades, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Estimate labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Locate, measure, and mark reference points and layout positions.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and company quality standards.
