We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworkingProject Engineerto join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy hands‑on work, and are passionate about civil engineering. The majority of your work will be outdoors at project sites, overseeing construction crews and managing various phases of complex infrastructure projects.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Ragle operates projects across multiple regions.Candidates who are open to temporary project assignments outside of the Houston and surrounding areas may be eligible for relocation assistance and/or per diem support depending on the project location and duration.
While this role is based in theHouston and surrounding areas, some projects may requiretemporary travel assignments of up to 6 months or longerdepending on project needs.

Education
Bachelor’s degree inCivil Engineering or Construction Managementfrom an accredited program.
Experience
Minimum of2 years of experiencein civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Language Skills
Bilingual inSpanish and Englishis preferred but not required.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Goal-Oriented

Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and scheduling software. Experience with roadway construction, traffic control, or heavy civil construction technologies is a plus.
Work Environment
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and active construction environments.
