Job summary

Superior Construction seeks an experienced Project Engineer to assist in managing and executing projects safely and profitably. You will partner with the project manager to achieve management objectives and coordinate with subcontractors on delivery schedules.

The role emphasizes field-based project execution, leadership of team members, and promoting the Superior Construction brand while maintaining safety and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Entry level to four years of industry tenure.
• Field based project execution experience.
• Field based leadership roles.
• Knowledge of route surveying and scheduling.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Safety Trained Supervisor Construction Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution strategies.
• Maintain and communicate project performance metrics.
• Provide leadership and support to functional area managers.
• Support forecasting and reporting.
• Act as liaison between the superintendent and subcontractors to coordinate delivery dates.
• Construction engineering.
• Work with subcontractors and vendors.
• Foster and maintain favorable relationships with project stakeholders.
• Market and promote Superior Construction brand.
