Job summary

ISAT Total Support in California seeks a capable Field Support Coordinator to assist with installation plans, site inspections, logistics, and documentation for large-scale construction projects.

The role emphasizes on-site coordination, procurement activities, and collaboration with engineers, PMs, and field staff. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in field support, project coordination, or construction operations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, construction drawings, and applicable regulations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in writing business correspondence and presenting information to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support field teams in executing installation plans for structural, mechanical, or seismic systems.
• Conduct job walks and site inspections to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
• Assist in managing on-site logistics, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination.
• Track daily progress and assist with updates on scheduling and task completion.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, logs, trackers, and correspondence.
