Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an organized project coordinator to support the Syria Implementation Manager across multiple workstreams. You will supervise field data collection, maintain accurate records, and help prepare initial reports aligned with submission schedules.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination within NGO/ international development contexts, fluent Arabic, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Project Management, International Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar operational role.
• Fluent in Arabic; working level English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Syria Implementation Manager across all project workstreams.
• Supervise field-level data collection processes and input into project systems (Kobo, case management records).
• Manage deliverables and reporting timelines; draft internal and external reports aligned with EU FPI submission schedules.
• Maintain centralised beneficiary and activity records across activities.
• Support meetings logistics; draft minutes and circulate action points.
