Armstrong Group is seeking a detail- oriented Project Coordinator to support engineering activities, coordinate construction and system expansion projects, and ensure efficient scheduling and communication across departments. The role involves working with Operations, Plant Maintenance, homebuilders, and contractors to track development activity and maintain project records.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities with strong communication skills and provide excellent customer

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good computer skills working with spreadsheet database software.
Detail oriented and multitasker.

Mansioni

Coordinate identifying building developments and system expansion opportunities.
Coordinate C&L projects and maintain construction data base.
Engineer jobs and submit to drafting.
Site visits and fieldwork coordination with Operations and Plant Maintenance.
Work with homebuilders/contractors to set up pre-wiring and trench notifications.
Schedule workload for maintenance crew and QC construction and maintenance jobs.
Maintain pole database including permit applications and recaps.
Address customer issues related to serviceability, construction, maintenance, and drop bury activities.
