Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the operations team on reroof, service, and capital-improvement projects across the Los Angeles region. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, communicates clearly, and keeps project activities organized and on track.

You will manage submittals, POs, changes, schedules, and logs while coordinating with internal teams, field staff, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction project support or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with project management or construction admin software.
• Clear communication and a professional, detail-driven approach.
• Ability to work onsite in the Anaheim office, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project administration and workflow coordination.
• Prepare, track, and manage submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and project documents.
• Maintain project schedules, job logs, and material delivery timelines.
• Serve as the communication hub between internal teams, field staff, vendors, and clients.
• Assist with compliance, safety documentation, and closeout packages.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation for billing, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Provide general office/project support to keep operations running smoothly.
