Job summary

Jobot, a premier commercial roofing repair & maintenance company in Southern California, seeks a Project Manager to lead impactful roofing projects in SoCal, based in San Diego County.

You will oversee commercial repair and maintenance projects from scope to closeout, conduct site walks, develop scopes, pricing and proposals, and serve as the primary client contact, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years in commercial roofing or related construction (exteriors preferred)
• Experience with commercial roofing systems (primarily coatings)
• Ability to estimate, price, and sell scopes confidently
• Strong communication + client management skills
• Organized PM mindset with a customer-service approach
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to be in the field regularly

Responsibilities
