Perpetua Resources Idaho, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Controls Analyst to support capital project execution across mining operations.

The role emphasizes cost management, forecasting, and performance reporting with collaboration across field construction, project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams. You will develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting, while tracking progress and identifying risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, construction management, engineering, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, FP&A, or capital project management.
• Experience supporting capital projects or large-scale operations in industrial/mining contexts.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, accruals, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining cost forecasts and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project budgets, forecasts, commitments, accruals, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor expenditures and progress against budgets and schedules.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and forecasting updates for leadership.
• Analyze performance, risks, and opportunities affecting project outcomes.
• Support change management by evaluating cost and schedule impacts of scope changes.
