Job summary

Striveworks is seeking a Field Program Manager to lead the Next Generation Command and Control program with the U.S. Army Corps HQ. You will own delivery, manage customer relationships, and expand Striveworks' mission footprint within the formation.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring Army‑level experience and a Top Secret clearance. Hybrid/on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and sufficient technical fluency to engage software engineers and data scientists as an informed, non‑technical counterpart
• 4–6+ years of relevant professional experience with military operations at Division (2‑star) level or higher — former Field Grade Officer or Senior NCO strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience planning and directing execution of complex, multi‑stakeholder project activities; proven small-team (2–6 person) leadership in high‑accountability environments
• Track record of building and sustaining rapport and trust with senior military and civilian stakeholders across organizational levels
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to operate credibly across Soldier-level and executive-level audiences in the same day
• Active Top Secret U.S. security clearance
