Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD/DoW experience, US Army or SOF preferred
• Proven ability to establish governance for intake, prioritization, and decision making
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition, bridging rapid innovation and formal pathways
• Ability to translate complex info into decision-ready materials for senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve sustainable innovation intake and governance processes
• Serve as trusted partner to senior DoW stakeholders translating needs into outcomes
• Support operational commands in identifying capability gaps and rapid solutions
• Design and stand up agile structures enabling fast delivery and experimentation
• Lead workshops, write assessments, and deliver clear recommendations to leadership
• Coordinate with operators, developers, and acquisition authorities for alignment
• Track milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support rapid prototyping and experimentation for software-enabled capabilities
• Ensure interoperability, security, and DoD/DoW compliance throughout delivery
