Job summary

AgOutcomes seeks a Field Program Lead to oversee field representatives, drive farmer recruitment and enrollment, and ensure data quality across the program. You will apply agronomic expertise to evaluate practices, guide data-driven decisions, and communicate complex requirements clearly to farmers and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leadership, Midwest crop systems knowledge, and a strong focus on low-carbon feedstocks and 45Z opportunities within the Soil and Water Outcomes Fund.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in agronomy or conservation.
• Strong understanding of Midwest cropping systems and conservation practices.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Field Program Representatives for recruitment and enrollment.
• Set enrollment goals and monitor progress against targets.
• Maintain expert knowledge of enrollment requirements and data platforms.
• Serve as an internal expert on 45Z and low-carbon feedstocks and associated practices.
• Communicate complex program requirements clearly to farmers and staff.
• Review farmer-provided agronomic data for accuracy and consistency.
