Job summary

Colter Energy LP is seeking full-time Production Testing Day Supervisors for field-based roles across North Dakota, traveling about 20 days a month to various well sites to perform gas well testing duties.

You will supervise site personnel, coordinate with clients and service teams, oversee rig in/out and equipment, ensure accurate readings and data submission, and handle daily shift paperwork while training staff and following safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews
• Ability to travel up to 20 days per month
• Strong communication with clients and operations managers
