Job summary

Colter Energy LP is seeking full-time Production Testing Day Supervisors for field-based roles in our Pennsylvania division. Positions require travel to work sites across PA and surrounding states, with approximately 20 days per month on location to perform gas well testing duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise site personnel and operations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20 days per month to work sites.
• Familiarity with gas well testing, safety policies, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of site and personnel.
• Liaise with other service companies on location as needed.
• Supervision and completion of rig in and out of equipment.
• Maintenance and servicing all well testing equipment.
• Communicate with client and night operators across shifts.
• Oversee readings of gauges and data submission during shift.
• Create Daily Operations Tickets and ensure accurate crew charges.
• Complete required shift paperwork and training of supervised personnel.
