Colter Energy LP is seeking full-time Production Testing Field Assistants to support gas well testing across North Dakota and surrounding states. The role is field-based, traveling to work sites roughly 20 days each month, with on-site supervision and safety-guided operations.

Responsibilities

• Capable of aiding the rig in and out of the equipment
• Assist in maintaining and servicing of all well testing equipment
• Perform and record accurate readings on gauges and monitors
• Site maintenance at the direction of Field Supervisors
• Communicate effectively with on-site personnel and managers
• Willing to follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Able to work away from home and hours can exceed 12 per shift
• Able to follow direction for assigned duties from on-site Supervisor
