The role requires basic computer use, ability to operate in all weather and shift conditions, and strong teamwork to support field operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to operate safely in field conditions and follow procedures.
• Basic computer data entry for production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain lease equipment and production facilities.
• Perform basic operating tasks including tank gauging and separators.
• Enter daily production data into ProdView accurately.
• Monitor wells and compressors to maximize production and minimize downtime.
• Perform minor surface equipment repairs with supervision.
