POSITION SUMMARYUnder the general supervision of the Foreman - Production, the Lease Operator 1 performs basic operational duties to support safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible production operations. This role is responsible for conducting daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities, ensuring safety devices are functional, monitoring well performance trends, and assisting with optimization efforts. The Lease Operator 1 operates compressors, monitors fluid levels and temperatures to minimize downtime, performs minor equipment repairs, and maintains housekeeping standards. Work schedules may include overtime, night shifts, and day shifts assigned.
