Job summary

Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC is seeking a Product Support Representative in Texas to provide technical guidance and quotes for parts, services, and maintenance programs. You will manage customer accounts, visit sites, and stay current with new product offerings from both manufacturers and WPI.

The role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and multitasking in a dynamic team environment, with typical hours Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and recommend and quote parts, services and maintenance agreements provided by WPI's manufacture's and WPI.
• Prepare weekly itinerary to visit customers.
• Attend training from Manufacturer's and WPI as available.
• Research parts and obtain quotes from vendors as needed.
• Provide product leads and communications with the unit sales representative.
• Stay up to date on new product support offerings from WPI's Manufacturer and WPI.
• Quote customers parts and service jobs coordinating with parts and services.
• Manage customer accounts and service agreements.
• Make customer site visits to obtain information for quoting PM agreements.
