Job summary

Altorfer Inc. seeks a Product Support Sales Representative to drive maintenance and repair solutions for Electric Power Generation equipment users.

You will cultivate customer relationships, promote long-term service agreements, and collaborate across sales, parts, and service teams to boost retention and sales volume. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to travel in-territory, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior sales experience is a must.
• EPG experience in sales and service is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have PC experience with MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with New Machine Sales/Rental, Parts, Service, and Inside Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction for Engine and Generator services.
• Promote long-term service agreements and engine service upgrades in the territory.
• Apply sales techniques including prospecting, telemarketing, and presentations.
• Maintain an in-person account frequency of 12 visits per week.
• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
