Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, purchasing, business, construction management.
• Experience in procurement for construction, industrial, or capital projects.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier coordination.
• On-site field procurement experience and ERP knowledge (Oracle or similar).
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Source materials, equipment, rentals, and services for onsite construction.
• Prepare bidding documents and manage pre/post‑award activities.
• Convert requisitions into purchase orders and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate pricing, scope, and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Liaise with Project Controls, Legal, and Finance on field procurement.
• Support expediting, delivery coordination, and issue resolution to meet schedules.
