Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Senior Procurement Representative to support project teams with advanced procurement activities, including equipment, services, and subcontracts. This role may span multiple projects and involve expediting, administration, closeout, and proposal development.

You will lead transactional efforts, supervise others with minimal oversight, and contribute to bid and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares contract documents and bidders list.
• Prepares, issues and manages the bidding process.
• Leads and manages the evaluation process through bid tabulation and collaboration with engineering and construction.
• Leads negotiation processes with vendors.
• May lead solicitation of budgetary pricing for equipment, materials, or labor.
