Opportunity

As the Senior Procurement Representative, you will support the project team with advanced procurement transaction activities (equipment, services and subcontracts). Your responsibilities will include expanding to multiple projects, expediting, procurement administration, closeout, and proposal development. You will lead others with transactional responsibilities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare contract documents and bidder lists
• Manage the bidding process through issuing and tracking documents
• Lead evaluation of quotations, prepare commercial bid tabulation, and collaborate with engineering and construction on technical and constructability evaluations
• Recommend and award selected bidders
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage negotiations
• Resolve complex commercial term or condition exceptions
• Manage award and conformity processes
• Handle mildly complex claims or dispute events with vendors
• Solicit budgetary pricing for equipment, material, or labor to support estimating or proposal efforts for non‑major projects
• Use vendor database functions proficiently
• Train others in procurement representative functions with minimal supervision
• Maintain appropriate records and comply with corporate and project filing rules
• Develop set‑up documents and processes for new projects and provide input to new or revised procedures or documents
• Work as an individual contributor without direct subordinates
