Knox Attorney Service in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Field Agent to deliver records, subpoenas, and court documents while providing reliable transportation and professional service.

You will travel frequently, maintain accurate daily activity sheets, load/unload boxes when needed, and wear business casual attire. A valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record are required, with proficiency in MS Office and related tech.

Qualifications

Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent driving/navigation skills for Orange County.
Able to occasionally load and unload boxes.
Comfortable using laptops, printers and flash drives, document scanning, general computer knowledge, Microsoft Office, Adobe and Word.

Responsibilities

Deliver record requests, subpoenas, and medical record authorizations.
Pick up records and perform service of process and court filings.
Conduct court research and mail runs; transport boxes when needed.
Complete daily activity sheets and work orders with legible handwriting.
Interact with clients in business casual attire.
Travel is a significant part of the role.
