Job summary

ASM in Boise seeks a Manager II, Field Process (Technical Manager) to lead customer process engagement, drive NPI and seamless transition to high-volume manufacturing, and build a high-performing field process engineering team onsite.

You will partner with R&D, Product Engineering, and Service teams to deliver technology programs, manage escalations, mentor engineers, and ensure safety and continuous improvement while achieving on-time milestones in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant engineering field and 9+ years in semiconductor process engineering or 12+ years with a Bachelor's.
• Experience leading field process teams, NPI programs, and transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer process engagement and NPI programs, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
• Drive process performance improvements, tool uptime, and escalation resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, Service, and Sales to execute technology programs.
