AIXTRON Inc is seeking experienced Field Process Engineers to qualify and sustain MO(CVD) semiconductor equipment at customer sites across the U.S. The role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure successful acceptance and ongoing process optimization.

Travel up to 75% and support across R&D and high-volume manufacturing environments are core aspects. Use your expertise to train customers and document improvements while upholding high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
• Proven ability to analyze process data and generate reports.
• Ability to present technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and sustain MO(CVD) equipment at customer sites.
• Serve as liaison between customers and company teams during acceptance.
• Support process optimization, maintenance and customer training.
• Assist with installations and commissioning worldwide as needed.
