Qualifications

• Master's or PhD preferred in a technical field; Bachelor's with relevant semiconductor experience accepted.
• Strong fundamentals in semiconductor processing and metrology.
• Experience with DOE, SPC, JMP, Python, MATLAB, Excel or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in a customer fab.
• Ability to communicate data-driven actions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support ASM tools through installation, qualification, and ramp phases.
• Track process specifications, tool performance, and issue status with data.
• Drive containment actions and long-term corrective actions when needed.
• Design and analyze experiments for qualification and continuous improvement.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
