Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Field Premium Auditor to conduct in-field premium audits and determine actual exposures. The role covers Northern California with potential travel up to 25% and interactions with insureds, agents, and internal partners to deliver accurate audit findings.

Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Business and 1–2 years in premium audit; APA/CIPA/CPCU preferred with a valid driver's license. The position blends work-from-home and on-site visits in a dynamic, service-oriented

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Accounting, Business or related field.
Minimum 1-2 year of related experience in premium audit.
Certification preferred: APA, CIPA, or CPCU.

Responsibilities

Performs audits in the field for organizational accounts and resolves applicable disputes.
Delivers excellent customer service for the entire audit experience.
Communicates with insureds, agents, and company personnel to communicate and provide audit findings.
Resolves technical issues with reviewers, underwriters, and agents.
