The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and experience in customer service within the oilfield industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in reading and interpreting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics required.
• Prior customer service experience in an oilfield related industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for service and repair inquiries.
• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and recommend repairs.
• Communicate field feedback to management about service issues.
