Job summary

Looq AI is hiring Field Capture Technicians to join the first crews in the Mountain West, Pacific Northwest, Midwest, and Eastern United States. You will drive to routes, capture 80–100 distribution poles with the qCam and GNSS equipment, upload data, and move to the next route.

Travel is Monday through Thursday during the season, with per diem and a company vehicle or truck allowance. This full-time, non-exempt hourly role reports to General Manager, Field Services — [US].

Qualifications

• Experience working outdoors on utility, telecom, survey, inspection or construction crews.
• Comfort with technology: tablets, GPS equipment, cameras; basic file management.

Responsibilities

• Capture 80–100 distribution poles per day using the qCam and GNSS equipment.
• Complete 72-hour turnaround from capture to delivery.
• Drive and travel within assigned territory; power through multi-day routes.
