Job summary

Industrial Tent Systems LLC is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Enterprise PMO. You will translate enterprise standards into disciplined, on-site project execution across one or more Bolton Holdings entities, coordinating with Operations Managers and field leadership to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

This role requires hands-on planning, risk management, and timely reporting to ensure compliance and consistent documentation across sites.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of project management, field operations, or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing timelines and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling and documentation tools; comfort with MS Teams / SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel to project and field sites up to 50% as needed across supported entities.

Responsibilities

• Apply standardized project planning templates, schedules, and documentation practices established by the Enterprise PMO across assigned projects.
• Maintain consistent project data within the PMO's Teams/SharePoint environment, including files, trackers, and photo/documentation archives.
• Contribute field-level feedback to refine standardized tools, checklists, and workflows over time.
• Support transition of awarded opportunities from Contracts & Capture into active project execution with clear scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales and Contracts & Capture to flag execution risks early in the lifecycle.
• Manage assigned projects from mobilization through closeout, including scheduling, resource coordination, and on-site progress tracking.
• Prepare project status updates and readiness reporting for PMO Gate Reviews.
• Ensure field documentation is captured and uploaded to support compliance and after-action reporting.
