Job summary

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a field service technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on Caterpillar equipment, in Florida. You will document activities, communicate with dispatch, and stay current with industry changes while maintaining clean work areas and proper PPE.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance including changing engine fluids, filters, lubricating and cleaning components, and starting equipment to test performance.
• Maintain /make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and supporting systems in the field.
• Provide documentation, photos, and information to the PM Dispatcher and Service Estimator for repairs and additional services identified during PM visits.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and required training; keep tools in good condition.
• Work nights and weekends as required; maintain safe work environment and contamination control.
