Job summary

Ring Power Corporation in Florida seeks a Service Field Technician to diagnose and repair equipment, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specifications, and perform maintenance while strictly following safety policies.

You will keep tools in order, document repairs and times in the system, monitor costs against estimates, and mentor others. A high school diploma, 3–4 years’ experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3-4 years experience.
• Valid Driver License.
• Successfully completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II.
• Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on customer or company equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain necessary set of tools required for job performance to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components.
• Document repairs performed and repair times in the appropriate software.
• Monitor job expenses versus repair estimates and report cost overruns to supervisor.
• Mentor others in department and support teamwork to meet safety and quality standards.
