Qualifications

• Formal education: High School diploma or GED.

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Completed required training to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow environmental and contamination controls.
• Attend technician training classes and maintain required tools.
• Diagnose, disassemble, and repair equipment to manufacturer specs.
• Document repairs and track repair times using appropriate software.
• Manage job expenses and communicate cost variances to supervisor.
• Contribute to team by meeting deadlines and mentoring others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
