Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Read work orders, diagrams, and service documentation to complete tasks.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to restore function.
• Coordinate with field personnel, customers, and vendors for materials and updates.
• Maintain accurate service records and jobsite documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and company standards.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe.
• Provide clear service recommendations and communicate with customers.
• Assist with training entry-level technicians as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
