Job summary

Avangrid in Rochester, NY seeks an Analyst - Field Planning to support service work, field planning, and the Storm Emergency Plan. You’ll assist the Supervisor C&M with daily job and crew assignments and organize priorities across the team.

You’ll independently perform routine planning, manage the Work Management System, coordinate equipment, and respond to customer requests while supporting outages and emergencies.

Qualifications

• CMS, MS Word, Excel, CSS, WMS, and MMS proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in daily job and crew assignments and maintains related files.
• Monitors progress in Work Management System and coordinates with Energy Control Centers.
• Responds to customer requests and supports emergency responses and outages.
