NY STATE ELECTRIC & GAS CORP in Kirkwood, NY seeks a Senior Operations Reporting Manager to support NY Networks, Electric Operations, Projects, Integrated Systems Planning and Planning & Scheduling. The salary range for this position is based on experience level ranging from $106,000 to $132,500 plus up to 16% bonus
This role supports NY Networks, primarily Electric Operations, Projects, Integrated Systems Planning, and Planning & Scheduling for RG&E and NYSEG. It develops goals and metrics aligned with corporate priorities, prepares executive presentations and reports, tracks programs for monthly workplan reviews, and supports weather readiness, system planning, project execution, training compliance, company policy adherence, and headcount governance through staffing analysis and vacancy tracking.
