Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an Intermediate Pipeline Operator in Midland, TX, to support safe and reliable Natural Gas Liquids pipeline operations. You will perform maintenance, signaling, line locating, and leakage surveys while coordinating with landowners and officials.

This on-site role requires strong independent work, with a rotating call-out schedule and up to 30% travel within the region. The position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining pipeline systems and related equipment used in natural gas and liquids gathering or transmission systems.
• Experience patrolling pipelines, performing leakage surveys, and locating/marking lines.
• Knowledge of pipeline safety, environmental regulations, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level pipeline operations and maintenance on systems including compressor stations, dehydration facilities, and measurement facilities.
• Start up and shut down, pigging, gauging tanks, and locating lines.
• Monitor cathodic protection and corrosion activities; conduct inspections and prepare regulatory reports.
