Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a Construction Coordinator in Midland, TX to support pipeline project delivery across natural gas operations. You will plan, coordinate and drive projects from start to finish, working with Operations, cross-functional teams and contractors to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pipeline construction/project management experience in the midstream or oil and gas sector and is willing to relocate to the Permian basin region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pipeline construction/project management experience in the midstream or oil and gas industry.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Based in the Permian basin region, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, implement and oversee construction and maintenance project plans and monitor status for timeliness and quality.
• Identify and secure resources (inspection, equipment, contractors, materials) to coordinate projects.
• Direct, monitor and schedule contractors, inspectors and employees in pipeline construction and maintenance activities.
• Direct and monitor installation/maintenance of plant and pipeline equipment and facilities.
• Ensure contractor safety, quality, competency and performance standards; provide feedback on company standards.
• Prepare and verify information such as operating activities, completion reports, budgets, and customer correspondence.
• May train other employees and handle DOT-related responsibilities when required.
