Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Field Operator to ensure proper and safe operation and maintenance of pipelines, measurement facilities, and related equipment in an assigned area used to transport, treat, and store natural gas.

The role requires performing preventive maintenance, preparing reports, and coordinating with third-party vendors while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies. On-call rotation and proximity to reporting location are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of natural gas pipeline maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of safety standards and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to read gauges, equipment logs and specifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors.
• Familiarity with Federal, state and local laws affecting health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pipelines and related facilities in accordance with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance (pigging, sample collection, lubrication, filter changes).
• Maintain clean and organized work locations and equipment.
• Review logs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate repairs with third-party vendors.
• Respond to on-call duty and outages within the required time window.
• Interact with customers, vendors, regulatory personnel, and the public as needed.
• Participate in Operator Qualification (OQ) program.
