Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative for interventional pain management. This role focuses on building referral networks, growing patient referrals, and engaging with physicians, medical staff, attorneys, and community partners in a field-based capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or medical field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 21+ in-person visits per day to develop new referral sources and nurture existing relationships.
• Identify and cultivate referral partners including physicians, offices, and attorneys.
• Educate referral sources on services, providers, and referral processes.
• Coordinate events, catering, and attendance at breakfast meetings and lunch-and-learns.
• Engage in community events and networking to support practice growth.
• Maintain regular follow-up and detailed activity logs to track referrals.
• Plan daily routes and priorities to meet outreach goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams on marketing initiatives.
