Job summary

Apotheco, LLC in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Solutions Liaison to serve as a field representative for Apotheco Pharmacies, ensuring a positive customer experience and improving utilization where possible.

You will work with the Regional Sales Director and pharmacists to maintain and develop the customer base in the Laguna Hills area, manage field time and administrative duties, and lead onboarding and program initiatives at accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers at all levels.
• Experience in field sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with sales tools and ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Dermatology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan territory objectives to meet sales goals as directed by management.
• Communicate pharmacy benefits and services and understand pharmacy programs.
• Learn new initiatives, programs, and pricing changes quickly.
• Keep field materials current week to week.
• Identify marketing needs and report to management.
• Develop timelines and goals for accounts and lead initiatives.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to onboard new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Travel within territory to meet with accounts as required.
